8 蒜香牛扒



 ~Ingredient~ 材料:

牛排 4塊
調味:
茄汁 ¼杯
老抽 2湯匙
喼汁 1湯匙
黑胡椒 1湯匙
鹽  1湯匙
蒜蓉 4粒
橄欖油 2湯匙


~ How To Make ~做法:

1. 用喼汁、茄汁、老抽、胡椒粉、鹽、蒜蓉為牛排醃味。
2.燒熱橄欖油,將牛排放上鐵板,兩邊各煎2-3分鐘,上碟即可。
*醃肉時可用叉輕戳牛排表面,讓肉排更加入味。
